CANCELLATION POLICY

We all know life in Houston can be unpredictable, from bad traffic to late nights. However, out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 48 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve a block of time especially for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured.

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-24 hour window will be charged a $50 fee per service booked. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked services. Clients who "no show, no call" will be not be allowed to book again. 

 

RUNNING LATE

Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to my next availability, in which case you will be charged for 100% of the services booked before being rescheduled. If I decide based on my discretion that I can accommodate you the same day by shortening your service, you will be charged the full price of the services booked. This is all done in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are booked after you. I will always do my best to run on time for your scheduled reservations, and I thank you so much for respecting my time as well!

REDO POLICY

My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling beautiful and in love with their hair. If your hair did not live up to your expectations for any reason, please notify me within 14 days of your appointment and I will schedule you to come back in for a redo. I do not offer refunds, and any issues that pop up after 14 days will require a new appointment.

Please note that I cannot guarantee any color services if you do not purchase hair product from me and follow my hair care recommendations. Issues such as color fading and unwanted tonal changes within 14 days of your appointment can be caused by using the wrong haircare products and improper care.

SALON POLICIES

Outside food and beverage are allowed, and encouraged for longer appointments. The salon has Wifi which you are free to use during your appointment. Please avoid bringing little ones with you to your appointments--space is limited and the salon is not a child safe environment. It's also not advised to bring guests with you for long appointments, as appointments can be quite long and there is limited seating.
